1.“Hypnosis“ Mode

We provide a library of self-hypnosis sessions on different themes to choose from. Let the narrator’s voice and the multisensory experience carry you along, in your own time, as you move closer to your personal goals.

2.“Sleep“ Mode

Reorder your sleep pattern by learning to fall asleep with a breathing guide and be awalened by the built-in dawn simulator.

3.“Nap“ Mode

Program the length of your nap (10, 20 or 30 minutes), drop off with the help of a sleep aid, and wake up gently to a dawn-simulator alarm.

Your mind is always agitated, you keep putting off going to bed, the nighttime hours seem to crawl by, and sleeping pills are your go-to sleep aid.

You can use your Hypnos mask before going to bed (in order to be more relax). You can also choose to program your mask to sleep with it all the night.

I don't know how to connect my mask with my app (iOS)

Do I need to keep my eyes open to see the lights on the mask?

Your Hypnos mask is always used with your eyes closed. The lights create a luminance effect that is visible through your eyelids.

Can I sleep with the Hypnos mask at night?

Feel free to sleep with your Hypnos mask. There are two ways to use the mask for sleep : 

– The first is to listen to a session before fallings asleep to clear your mind and gently drift off to sleep. To listen to a session, use the “Hypnosis” mode, which requires a Bluetooth connection, the app, the mask and earphones. 

– The second method involves using the mask in “Sleep” mode. 

Can I wash my Hypnos mask ?

You can wash the cover of your mask in the washing machine. Simply unzip the top of the mask and remove the power unit from inside.

Can my children use the mask?

We offer sessions appropriate for children which can be found in the “My stories” section on your app. These sessions are designed for young children.

Can I lower the brightness of the lights?

To adjust the brightness in “Nap” mode only, simply click the square button on your mask to choose the brightness you want. You can choose between 3 intensity levels.

Can I turn off the vibrations?

You can turn off vibrations on each session if you want to. You just have to select “turn off vibrations” before playing the session.

What is the name of the breathing exercise in "Nap" and "Sleep" mode?

This is a Cardiac Coherence breathing guide, a breathing technique designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to lower stress, slow the heart rate, and ward off intrusive thoughts.

Can I stop the breathing exercise in "Nap" and "Sleep" mode when I want to?

Click the square half empty button on your mask one time to end the breathing exercise in “Nap” and “Sleep” mode.

Can I use the app and sessions without the Hypnos mask?

You need to have a mask to be able to use all the sessions. When you begin playing a session, your app prompts you to connect a mask.

Can I listen to multiple sessions in a row?

To be able to build a playlist of multiple sessions, you can enable “Playlist” mode when choosing your session from your downloaded sessions.
