General terms and conditions
These Conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company DreaminzZz with share capital of €1,100 whose head office is located at 1589 Avenue des Vertes Rives 84140 Montfavet registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 809 952 674 hereinafter called “DreaminzZz“ and managing the website www.dreaminzzz.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.dreaminzzz.com hereinafter called “the buyer“.
Article 1 : Object
These Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relations between DreaminzZz and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.dreaminzzz.com. The acquisition of a product through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these Conditions of Sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read before ordering. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the website www.dreaminzzz.com is not directly related to his or her professional activity and is limited strictly to personal use and on the other hand that he or she has the full legal capacit, to commit under these general Conditions of Sale.
DreaminzZz retains the right to modify these Conditions of Sale at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the useability of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order placed by the buyer.
Article 2 : Products
The products offered are those which appear on DreaminzZz’s website www.dreaminzzz.com, within the limits of available stocks. DreaminzZz reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful to the original as possible but do not bind the seller. Sale of products shown on www.dreaminzzz.com is intended for buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.
Article 3 : Prices
Prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes and taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. DreaminzZz reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which will be invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased in line with the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to €400 including tax, shipping costs are free; for any order of less than €400 including tax, a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs will be invoiced to the buyer depending on the address and country of delivery.
Article 4 : Order and Payment Methods
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the DreaminzZz website. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. On each visit, the buyer who wishes to order or consult their account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify themselves using this information. The order and payment process has several stages and the buyer can choose between 3 payment options:
– Payment by check : The buyer selects the desired products and places them in their basket, checks the delivery address or provides a new one. Then shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then the buyer chooses their desired payment method: “Payment by check”. In the last step the buyer double-checks all the information, reads and accepts these general Conditions of Sale by ticking the relevant box, then confirms the order by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” button. This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. After validation, the buyer receives an order confirming that their order has been registered. In order to finalize payment and trigger processing of the order, the buyer must print out and post the order form, accompanied by a check made out to “DreaminzZz” at the following address: DreaminzZz, 1589 Avenue des Vertes Rives 84140 Montfavet. No cash payment should be sent. Only checks issued by a French bank will be accepted. On receipt of the check, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email. DreaminzZz will dispatch the products at the earliest 2 working days after cashing the check for the order, subject to provisions.
– Payment by bank transfer : The buyer selects the desired products and places them in their basket, checks the delivery address or provides a new one. Then shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then the buyer chooses their desired payment method: “Payment by bank transfer”. In the last step the buyer double-checks all the information, reads and accepts these general Conditions of Sale by ticking the relevant box, then confirms the order by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” button. This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. After validation, the buyer receives an order confirming that their order has been registered. In order to finalize payment and trigger processing of the order, the buyer must contact their bank to arrange the transfer of the amount of the order to DreaminzZz, whose bank account and contact details are provided to the buyer. On receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email. DreaminzZz will dispatch the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the transfer paying for the order, subject to provisions.
– Secure payment by Paypal or bank card (via the PAYPAL system) : The buyer selects the desired products and places them in their basket, checks the delivery address or provides a new one. Then shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then the buyer chooses their desired payment method: “Payment by Paypal”. In the last step the buyer double-checks all the information, reads and accepts these general Conditions of Sale by ticking the relevant box, then confirms their order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. The buyer is then redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface in order to securely enter their Paypal account or personal credit card references. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal or credit card is irreversible. In the event of fraudulent use thereof, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the card payment and the sum paid will then be recredited or refunded. The responsibility of the holder of a bank card is not engaged if the disputed payment is proved to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of their card. In order to get reimbursed for the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must dispute the debit with their bank in writing within 70 days of the transaction, or within 120 days if the contract binding him to the bank so provides. The amounts debited will be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written objection from the cardholder. The holder may not be charged for any costs incurred in returning the sums.
The confirmation of an order implies accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, acknowledging having perfect knowledge of them, and waiving any right to avail oneself of one’s own Terms and Conditions of Purchase. All the data provided and the registered confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on the order form, DreaminzZz will send confirmation of the order registration by email.

Article 5 : Retention of Title
DreaminzZz retains full ownership of the products sold until receipt of payment in full, including fees and taxes.
Article 6. : Cooling-off Period
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.
DreaminzZz extends this legal period to thirty (30) days instead of fourteen (14) days as provided in said Code.
Within thirty (30) days following delivery, the customer must first notify DreaminzZz’s Customer Service Department at support@dreaminzzz.com, who will indicate the return procedure to be followed. Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days following DreaminzZz’s receipt of the returned items, after verification that the returned goods are in the same condition as when they were dispatched.
Article 7 : Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are delivered by La Poste via Colissimo, a delivery service with tracking, and delivery without signature. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. DreaminzZz can provide the buyer with a tracking number for their package by email. The order will be delivered to the buyer’s home by the postal service. If the buyer is absent, the postal worker will leave a delivery notice, which allows them to collect the goods ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Any transport-related hazards are the buyer’s responsibility from the moment the goods leave DreaminzZz premises. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the goods on delivery, in the presence of the postal employee or delivery person. In the event any damage has occurred during transportation, a complaint must be made to the transporter within three days of delivery.
Article 8 : Guarantee
All products supplied by the DreaminzZz are covered by the legal guarantee provided for by Article 1641 and subsequent Articles of the French Civil Code. In the event that a product sold does not meet the expected standards, it may be returned to DreaminzZz who will take it back, exchange it or refund the buyer. All complaints and requests for an exchange or a refund must be made by post to the following address: DreaminzZz, 1589 Avenue des Vertes Rives, 84140 Montfavet, France, within thirty days of delivery.
Article 9 : Liability
In the mail-order selling process, DreaminzZz is bound only by the obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from internet use such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or any other unintentional problems.
Article 10 : Intellectual Property
All elements of the www.dreaminzzz.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the DreaminzZz. No one is authorized to reproduce, mine, or use any element of the website – whether in the form of photos, logos, visuals or text – for any reason, neither fully nor partially.
Article 11 : Personal Data
DreaminzZz is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the buyer, which is required for the use of certain services. All data concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978. Under these provisions, internet users have the right to access, modify and delete data relating to them. They can request this at any time by writing to the following address: DreaminzZz, 1589 Avenue des Vertes Rives, 84140 Montfavet, France.
Article 12 : Dispute Resolution
These mail-order sales conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Avignon.
