Program your sleep thanks to your HYPNOS app. Choose your breathing exercise, your waking hour and your dawn simulator, in order to enjoy a perfect night of sleep.

To program your “Sleep” mode, you need to connect your mask with your app.
2. HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR SLEEP ?
If you want to use the “HYPNOSIS” mode, you need to have a mask, the app and earphones. You also need to activate your “Bluetooth” connection.

You can find on the HYPNOS app a large library of hypnotics programs. Those hypnotics programs, can help you to :

HYPNOS offers you the opportunity to do short naps. You don’t need to use the app, you just need to use your mask. Program the length of your nap, drop off with the help of a sleep aid and wake up to a dawn simulator alarm.
Important : for 10min of nap, you don’t have the sleep aid.
