The lights and vibrations of the mask accompany the narrative to reinforce the state of self-hypnosis. NAP
Select a time, breathe, and recover
Choose the duration of your nap with the buttons on the front of the mask. Fall asleep by following the light guide to reach the state of cardiac coherence. Wake up gently with a light that mimics the sun.
1. The two buttons on the mask allow you to choose your settings.
2. The lights will tell you how long your nap will last.
3. The mask guides your breathing and then wakes you up naturally

Close your eyes, breathe, and sleep
Set the guided breathing to help you fall asleep using the app. Choose your wake-up time, ringtone, and the duration of the dawn simulator. The mask helps you fall asleep up to 2 times faster. It disconnects while you sleep and wakes you up with a dawn simulator at the specified time.

The story
The DreaminzZz adventure began with an ordinary burglary. When Kévin and Guillaume first met, they were neighbors who were victims of the same incident in their building. Kévin is an industrial engineer with a passion for new technologies, while Guillaume is an Ericksonian hypnotist who devotes his energy to the well-being of others.
They quickly began talking about sleep, relaxation, everyday well-being, and the way these issues are affected by a connected society…
This was the start of the DreaminzZz adventure, which developed in Avignon, where the two associates met.
