According to a survey conducted in 2019 by the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale (FRM), chronic stress can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease by 40%. Furthermore, stress can weaken the immune system, increase the risk of infections and autoimmune diseases, and contribute to the development of sleep disorders.
