This first session about what you believe to be true about yourself will help you get a clearer picture of the conditions surrounding the goal you want to achieve.

This work around beliefs is drawn from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and was set out by Robert Dilts in his book Changing Belief Systems with Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

NLP offers effective techniques to help people transform their limiting beliefs into beliefs that signal trust in a positive future, a sense of being capable and able to handle one’s responsibilities, and of having a strong sense of self-worth.

So now I'm going to help you uncover your own limiting beliefs.
