When we find it hard to suppress our anxious ruminations, it may be useful to stop fighting them and give them our full attention.
This session should be done at home, preferably in a quiet place where you can reflect. However, we strongly advise against doing it in your bedroom to make sure you dissociate all these thoughts from sleep.
