The Compass is a Hypnos induction that you can listen to on its own, to learn to achieve a state of hypnosis, or in Playlist mode. It’s very easy to do, and requires no prior knowledge. The sense of letting go and the physical sensations it gives rise to will make you more attentive to yourself, and put you in the right state to begin any type of physical or mental work. Because it involves your body and therefore your consciousness, it makes you an active participant in your own inner journey.
This technique can be practised anywhere – on the train or in a waiting room, just as well as at home – but you’re advised to practise in a calm setting at first, until you’re familiar with it.
