When to listen to it ?
Understanding how your body works
In Part 1, you’ll get to understand how your body communicates with your mind about your state of health. Use this time to listen to the messages your body is sending you, and be open to their nature and their meaning.
Take the time to really grasp the important role that your thoughts and emotions play in your bodily functioning. Get ready to receive the keys to your body’s systems of defence and regeneration, and consciously take charge of them.
Deprogramming
Part 2 will allow you to mentally wipe the slate clean of any dysfunctions in your body’s defence and regeneration systems.
It guides you as you muster your inner guardians and prepare them for the change. Take the time to let your mind tidy out every little nook and cranny of your body.
After that, you’ll be able to reconnect with the original settings of how your body’s programmed to work.
Reprogramming
Part 3 will enable you to make a fresh start, like the Phoenix, which rises from the ashes when it really wants to. Each of your cells will be reprogrammed to apply the new mental order of good health that you’re going to send it.
