Live in the present

The Live in the Present session allows you to create a mental depiction of time in space to master its characteristics and live in the present. You'll learn how to free yourself from past events that still weigh on you in the present, imagine yourself achieving a future goal, and create the space that will allow you to enjoy it in the present.

It will allow you to live more intensely in the present by putting the past and future in their rightful place. You'll also be able to make plans or imagine the future more realistically.

Before beginning this session, think about one or more past events (recent or not) whose emotional weight you'd like to lighten.

 

Recommended for:

  • Understanding time (before beginning physical therapy or preparing for a competition, for example).
  • Looking to the future as quickly as possible.
  • Planning the key steps in achieving your goals (competition, physical therapy, etc.).
  • Accelerating the speed at which you learn (practice, physical therapy, etc.).
  • Living in the present moment.
