This session entails real therapeutic work that should not be undertaken unless you’re truly motivated.

Please note: This session blends two highly effective modern therapeutic techniques: hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Both belong to the family of what is known as “brief therapies,” which aim to provide quick solutions. There is a very short distance between negative thought patterns and negative behavioral patterns. Until now, you’ve been perpetuating a particular behavior by unintentionally fostering certain misconceptions about yourself.
