Inner Negotiation

15 minutes

This short but equally effective version of the Hypnos session is a real inner negotiation between a part of you which until today maintained a troublesome, maladaptive behavior and another part of you which is ready to change how you operate.

Ex. Part of you tends to react quickly to stress (parasitic thoughts, anxiety, insomnia, etc.) while you would like to be more zen. This session helps change this type of annoying behavior.

It is recommended for a large number of problems (stopping smoking, self-confidence, anger, fears, insomnia, etc.) and is widely used in therapeutic hypnosis.

Note 1: Using arms and hands in this session allows your mind to represent these parts of you. One hand for the party who maintained the annoying behavior and another for the one who will propose another solution. Their meeting symbolizing the negotiation of these 2 parties.

Note 2: Be sure to maintain a dynamic position.
