This technique is based on a system of thought association widely used in therapy and smoking cessation. Associating smoking with an extremely unpleasant person or situation transforms this action and generates a kind of disgust that will help you overcome the cravings you may still feel at times.

Please note: This technique on its own is not a way to quit smoking, but it does help desensitize your triggers to facilitate your progress.
